| Production Services
Memphis Sound Entertainment™ has the best in tour and event production services -- and excellent working relationships with professional production support companies (audio, lighting, staging, video, transportation, etc.) throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Memphis Sound Entertainment™ is a complete "one stop" production company with many years experience successfully meeting the wide and varied needs of a long list of clients. Our services may include, but are not limited to the following list:
Pre-Tour and Event Planning
- Pre-tour and pre-event planning and consultation on any and all production issues
Contract Interpretation and Negotiation
- Negotiate venue contracts
- Negotiate and book all talent (speakers and entertainment)
- Negotiate and contract all production support services
- Review and interpret artist technical riders
Program Development
- Assist with the development of the tour or event philosophy and rider
- Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of the budget
- Determine the production and technical needs (audio, lights, video, staging, transportation, etc.)
- Complete design of all audio, lights, video, stage and set needs
- Assistance in program development, including artist show order and flow
- Develop and implement the rehearsal and/or production schedule for the tour or event
Event Staffing and Third Party Services
- Provide trained, experienced, and courteous technical staff
- Advancing technical needs with the artist or artist representative
- Act as a liaison between the Client and all production contractors
- Prepare and supervise the union/paid labor call
- Provide on-site training and supervision of volunteer staff
- Coordinate live audio and video recording and broadcasts
- Coordinate text, photo, and video tour web logs (blogs) at tourbloglive.com
Destination Management - Travel, Hotel and Hospitality coordination
- Book travel and hotel reservations
- Provide on-site hospitality and artist logistics coordination
Day of Show Management
- Provide on-site coordination of all production activities day of show, from load-in through load-out
Post-Tour and Event Analysis
- Post-tour and post-event analysis and consultation on any and all production issues
